At Northside Pet Hospital EC, we’re an established, privately owned small-animal hospital in Eau Claire looking for a veterinarian who wants more than simply their next job. We want someone who can see the possibility of building a career, a life and perhaps, eventually, something of their own.
You’ll step into an established clientele with an experienced support team and a well-equipped hospital offering an in-house laboratory, digital radiography, ultrasound, surgery and digital dental radiography.
You’ll also work alongside Dr. David Menard and Dr. Peter Helmbrecht, who bring more than 60 years of combined veterinary experience. There is plenty of experience here when you want guidance or collaboration, while still giving you room to develop your own style of practicing medicine.
And we believe being a good veterinarian shouldn’t require giving up the rest of your life.
That means no weekend shifts and no after-hours on-call, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Two or more years of experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome. Candidates must hold a DVM or equivalent degree and be eligible for Wisconsin veterinary licensure.
