Payment Options

***PAYMENT IS DUE WHEN SERVICES ARE RENDERED. NO EXCEPTIONS.***

We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), Apple Pay, checks (with a valid Wisconsin driver's license), and cash. All payments made with a credit card will have a 3% surcharge applied at check out. This will not be reflected on estimates given in the exam room.

Other Ways to Pay:

Cherry Payment Plans- Cherry Payment Plans (SEE / APPLY BELOW) are a "buy now, pay later" service that can be used for all your veterinary care needs. This service allows clients to split costs up into manageable monthly installments. There is no minimum spending requirement and applying will not affect your credit score.

CareCredit- CareCredit is a credit card that can be used for all veterinary care needs with special financing for 6 months on purchases of $200 or more made with your CareCredit card. This card empowers you to be financially prepared for the lifetime of care your cherished companions need to stay healthy and happy. Pet Insurance- Pet insurance is a policy purchased by a pet owner to offset the overall cost of their pet's medical bills. Pet insurances can be used along with any of the other payment options listed above, however, full payment is due at time of service. After your visit, you will file a claim with your pet insurance company who will then reach out to our office for further information. Your pet insurance will then reimburse you after your claim has been approved.
